The staff were exceptional throughout our entire stay. Even upon our arrival, we were well taken care of. We travelled with our 5 year old son and we were surprised with a special treat for him in the form of his own mini robe and a pack of kids activities, as well as sweet treats on his very own bed which was complimentary. The room was great — very spacious. The robes were amazing — very luxe. The breakfast was excellent — great variety of foods, well prepared meals and buffet options, and very tasty. We loved the multiple pools and the beach club. The gym is also really great. And also, the property is right across the beach and is on a street that has multiple restaurants.

The perfect location , you just walk to the restaurants , the beach . the hospitality , I had a really good view of the beach . Honestly I think you can’t beat a bay hotel view . The room was spacious and comfy , I ate at the restaurant . The portions were so big and food was tasty . They had options of welcoming drink . The hop on and hop off bus is right outside the hotel. I will definitely go back . Also a champagne breakfast . They agreed for a late check out that was not charged and I could enjoy the hotel amenities while I waited for my night flight . My room also was upgraded just perfect .

We had such an enjoyable time at the Bay Hotel to finish our SA honeymoon. The kind staff upgraded our room to a stunning sea view, and we couldn't have appreciated this gesture more. The location is the best you can get in Camps Bay, allowing walking everywhere. The many pools have plenty of sunbeds and very attentive staff. The attention to detail is brilliant, and I really enjoyed the welcoming drink, too. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend it. Thanks for being the cherry on top of a wonderful honeymoon!

Amazing breakfast- buffet / lots to choose from. It’s an experience with the most amazing view - I could sit all day having breakfast. Servers were so good and helpful. Accommodated all my needs for a birthday celebration, especially the most awesome welcome birthday gift which awaited us in our room - wine and cheese plate😋Room was cleaned and bellman was overwhelmed but handled everything with poise and energy. Loved and tried all the restaurants and bars and lounging areas - truly a great stay!
